Pre-Registration Facts
All Meeting Attendees/Participants Are Required To Register.
PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY REGISTRATION FORM TO BE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED.
A receipt will be sent via email.
Refund Policy: Advance registration fees will be NOT be refunded after September 30th.
Pre-registered means:
- You have paid and you have no outstanding balance.
- Your name badge will already be printed and contained in an envelope, along with any tickets purchased, ready for you to pick up.
- Your Annual Meeting Program book is reserved and ready for you (if you reserved a copy).
The last day to pre-register for the Annual Meeting is Monday, October 27, 2025. This will be the last day the Pre-Registration Online Form will be available.
Anything emailed or faxed by Monday, October 27 will be processed on Tuesday, October 28. However, any paper forms emailed or faxed on Tuesday, October 28 (or later) will NOT be processed.
