Submitted, postmarked, or faxed BEFORE October 1, 2026:
ASC Member — $225
Non-Member — $375
ASC Student Member — $115
Student Non-Member — $175

Submitted, postmarked, or faxed ON or AFTER October 1, 2026:
ASC Member — $325
Non-Member — $450
ASC Student Member — $155
Student Non-Member — $215

Please note that our online system’s server is on Central Standard Time. 

Therefore, the price increase will be active on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST.

Pre-Registration Facts

All Meeting Attendees/Participants Are Required To Register.

PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY REGISTRATION FORM TO BE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED.

A receipt will be sent via email.

Refund Policy: Advance registration fees will be NOT be refunded after September 30th.

Pre-registered means:

  • You have paid and you have no outstanding balance.
  • Your name badge will already be printed and contained in an envelope, along with any tickets purchased, ready for you to pick up.
  • Your Annual Meeting Program book is reserved and ready for you (if you reserved a copy).

The last day to pre-register for the Annual Meeting is Monday, November 2, 2026. This will be the last day the Pre-Registration Online Form will be available.

Anything emailed or faxed by Monday, November 2 will be processed on Tuesday, November 3. However, any paper forms emailed or faxed on Tuesday, November 3 (or later) will NOT be processed.

On-site Registration

On-site registration will be located in the Honore Ballroom. Checks, cash, and credit cards will be accepted.

Wednesday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday 7:30 am – 11:00 am
