Presidential Justice Award Recipient – Barney Frank
Award was presented by ASC’s 2020 President Sally Simpson on 11/19/2021

Mr. Frank was not able to attend the 2021 meeting. He provided the following statement:

“I am sorry to miss the event. I appreciate being honored by people who do such important work. Getting better at the subjects you study is critical to the quality of America.”
