All Memberships include electronic subscriptions to the following:

Active and Retired Members also:

  • can vote in the yearly election of Executive Board members if dues are paid by April 1
  • have the option of choosing which publications to receive in print
  • receive a discounted registration fee to attend the Annual Meeting

Student Members also:

  • have the option of choosing which publications to receive in print
  • receive a discounted registration fee to attend the Annual Meeting

Join ASC

To join, please click on the “Join Now” button for the applicable membership type to apply online. You can also use the PDF Form or DOC Form, however processing time may be longer.

Please note that all memberships submitted prior to September 1st are applied to the current calendar year and will expire on December 31st of this year.  If you submit on September 1st or later, the membership will be applied to the following calendar year.

Active Member Membership (Tiered Pricing)

This is a one-year membership and price is contingent upon salary range:

  • Tier 1 ($105) – Salary $75,000/yr or less
  • Tier 2 ($125) – Salary $75,001-$125,000/yr
  • Tier 3 ($145) – Salary $125,001-$150,000/yr
  • Tier 4 ($165) – Salary $150,001/yr or more

Retired Member Membership ($60)

This is a one-year membership for retired individuals.  It includes the same privileges as the Active member.

Student Member – Online Only Membership ($55)

This is a one-year membership for any student studying in appropriate disciplines in colleges and universities.  Publications will be delivered ONLY ELECTRONICALLY.  Student Members receive a discounted registration fee to attend the Annual Meeting.

Student Member – Print Membership ($105)

This is a one-year membership for any student studying in appropriate disciplines in colleges and universities with the option of choosing which publications to receive in print.  Student Members receive a discounted registration fee to attend the Annual Meeting.

Renew ASC Membership

To renew, please use one of the following:

Lifetime memberships are available for current members who have maintained Active (non-student) status for at least five (5) consecutive years.  The cost is $3,000 (payment plan available). Please contact Nicole Coldiron at ncoldiron@asc41.org if you are interested.

Join a Division

ASC members may join any of the 21 different divisions, receive their newsletters and journals, and serve on their various committees and boards.

To join:

New ASC Members should refer to the Divisions section of the membership form.
Existing ASC Members may add this Division to their current ASC membership as per the member’s membership portal landing page.
